Work Readiness Course
Our Work Readiness Couse will take participants on a journey of self-discovery where they will work through the following topics over the course of 16 days:

What to Bring
1. Identity Papers
A copy of your ID, passport, status or asylum papers
2. Course Fee
R100, or a R50 deposit to start

3. Mobile Phone
A mobile phone that is WhatsApp enabled.
During Week 3 of the course, Work Readiness participants receive access to our TZN CV bot. By answering simple message prompts via WhatsApp, the content for the CV is collated. On completion a professionally designed and beautiful CV is emailed to
the user!
Upon completing the course, participants will have:
- A renewed sense of confidence and belief in themselves
- A professional looking CV and cover letter
- A clear sense of their next steps to finding employment
- A Graduate Support team dedicated to supporting them after they graduate and as they search for work
- A community of friends and graduates who are in the same boat, cheering each other on.
Workshops
Our workshops are available to all our Work Readiness graduates. They are 8-days long and happen over 2 weeks.
Introduction to Computers
This workshop is for those participants who have little to no experience using a computer. The topics covered in this workshop include:

Introduction to MS Word
This workshop follows on from the previous one and introduces participants to the program MS Word. The topics covered in this
workshop includes:
- Creating Word Documents
- Formatting Text
- Text Basics
- Line & Paragraph Spacing
- Headers and Footers
- Picture Editing
- Tables and Charts
- Spelling and Grammar Checks
- Finalising & Document Protection
- Saving and Sharing Documents
- Printing Documents
