Common Good’s employment initiative offers transformative Job Journey training that empowers people who are unemployed or under-employed with the confidence, skills and resources they need to find meaningful work. If you would like to support our work, you can do so through either a once off donation or a regular monthly donation at an amount of your choosing, designed for those who want to commit to changing the narrative of unemployment in South Africa.

Since the second Term of 2023, our education and employment teams have joined forces to initiative a new Career Readiness Programme in one of our Collaboration School Network high schools. By combining our extensive experience in the employment space with our school programme, we will ensure that every learner is on a career pathway when they leave school.
