Updating Expired Card Details

If you need to update your card details due to an expired or lost card, please do so via your PayFast account.

Alternatively, you can email Cherilyn at cherilyn.singh@commongood.org.za, and we’ll send you a secure link to update your details directly.

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience – we’re currently working on having this functionality integrated into the donor dashboard to make the process simpler going forward.
